The invention relates to the field of biotechnology, namely to molecular diagnostics, and can be used in the food industry for matrix identification of fish species of the Gadidae (cod) family in food products and food raw materials:

Atlantic cod (Gadus macrocephalus)

Pacific cod (Gadus morhua)

Haddock (Melanogrammus aeglefinus)

Alaska pollock (Gadus chalcogrammus)

Pollock (Pollachius virens)

Blue whiting (Micromesisteus poutassou)

Whiting (Merlangius merlangus)

The proposed method makes it possible to identify all species of cod fish within the framework of one analysis and obtain the analysis result faster than existing methods.
